LV Swami Vivekananda Youth Leadership Summit – Report

LV Swami Vivekananda Youth Leadership Summit

– A Successful Youth Focused Event offered for the first time in the Lehigh Valley

This past Saturday, June 20, IAALV and HTS together offered the First Youth Summit.  We received many rave comments from the attendees and organizers want to share the three of many that we received.

  • ‘We had a great event – the attendance was lower than what we’d have liked to see but everyone who did attend the program found it to be of an outstanding value. We are planning to continue the tradition and do similar program next year.’ – Amit Mehta
  • ‘Great Program & Idea Ashimji! Hope to see another program like this in future. Inspiring speakers! Kids did AWESOME! You guys did an amazing job planning & executing this project – learned a lot from the summit :). The team missed you Aparna…’ Payal Suratwala
  • Dear Ashimji, ‘It was indeed a very good event. The planning, content, active enthusiasm by all kids was excellent. This kind of program will indeed go a long way in helping our youth grow into successful individuals and add to their experience.’ – Sandeep Dhareshwar.

By any measure speeches were both effective and educative for our youth focused event. We found their comments regarding future of our youth especially intriguing as it relates to preparing the youth for this globalized world.

We have plans to use excerpts from their speeches for our Newsletter readership, primarily for the benefit of those of you who could not make it to the event.

All the best!

Team IAALV
